Need an experienced indivdual or a smal team to assist you with a project or managing an area of your business, we have the skills and ability to assist you and work with a number of associates so can draw on a number of strengths to ensure your project is effectively and efficiently managed from start to finish.

We offer short term management and consutancy services on a daily rate starting at only £250 (rate dependent on level of work and length of engagement; includes reasonable travel, administrative and other office costs)

Team Building

We are skilled at providing team building days that engage people at any level to work with each other, understand differing perspectives and allow for the exploration of ideas that would often be dismissed if raised in the normal workplace setting.

Our rates for teambuilding events start at only £600 - this includes 2 facilitators working with a group of up to 15 people (includes resources, photocopying, post training evaluation report; excludes venue and refreshment costs).

Training

Using creative approaches provided by highly skilled associates who work closely with us, we can provide you with a range of training options to help address current issues you may be experiencing.

Our training sessions can be tailored to suit your specific needs. We have a number of standard off-the-shelf training packages that we can deliver to large and small groups of people. We aare also developing a range of online training and resources to support those who are or have attended one of our sessions.

The following training packages are offered at only £600 per package, this includes 2 facilitators working with a group of up to 15 people (excludes specialist equipment hire, venue and refreshment costs).
